Payments and Refund Policy
The Platform may offer one-time payment plans, phase-based plans, or other program-based payment options. Pricing, offers, discounts, and payment structures may be modified by MEDIKIZ HEALTH CARE LLP at its sole discretion without prior notice.
All payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateway providers such as Razorpay or similar providers. The Platform does not store or process sensitive financial information such as card details, UPI credentials, or banking passwords.
All payments made on the Platform are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a User has purchased any plan, program, consultation, or service, no cancellation, refund, adjustment, or transfer request shall be entertained, irrespective of usage or non-usage of the services.
By proceeding with any payment, the User expressly acknowledges and agrees to this Payment and Refund Policy.
