Our Privacy Obligations

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs the collection, use, disclosure and protection of personal information/ data of individuals that may get entered in to or shared by such individuals when accessing or making use of any of the Apps of MEDIKIZ HEALTH CARE LLP (the “LLP”/“We”/ “Us”) or LLP’s website. This Privacy Policy is intended to provide clear and complete information about the personal information of such users that get collected on the LLP’s Apps/Website when the users access any of the Apps/ website with a view to transacts on the Stores or browse or make use of any of the facilities that can be accessed from the LLP and the manner in which such personal information/ data gets stored and/ or be used by the LLP.

By accessing or using the App and/or Website (“Platform”), you signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice and such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting the updated or modified Privacy Policy on the Platform and We shall not be bound to inform you of any modifications hereof. Your access and use of the Platform following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by this Privacy Policy, as updated or modified. For this reason, we encourage you to review this Privacy Policy each time You access and use the Platform. Your use of the Platform and any disputes arising therefrom, is subject to this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

We may collect Personal Data (“PD”) from you (especially, if you choose to provide it), including without limitation:

  • Physical Data: Physical, nutritional, fitness, medical, and other information, including without limitation, physiological factors such as weight, sleep patterns, posture, diet and exercise, various health symptoms, as may be required for the effective use of the Platform.
  • Other Information: Information that does not reveal the identity of the User in any way, including without limitation, the details of the User’s browser and operating system, time spent using Platform, other webpages visited by the User, unique identifiers of the Device, information of WiFi connectivity, etc.
  • Location Data: GPS signals, device sensors, Wi-Fi access points, and cell tower IDs for displaying the User’s location on a map.
  • Payment Information: Credit card or other payment account information solely for processing payments.

Where necessary Payment Information of the User shall be stored, it shall be stored in encrypted form on secure servers of reputed payment gateway service provider/s engaged by us. Such payment gateway service provider/s shall treat such information in accordance with their respective privacy policies, available on their respective websites.

While some User information has to be mandatorily provided, others are optional and certain portions of the information shall remain private and some shall be displayed to other Users; we shall always let the User know which is which.

Additional information may be gathered during subsequent use of the Platform by the User, whenever the User chooses to provide it. We collect information about how you use our products, such as the types of content you view or engage with; the features you use; the actions you take; and the time, frequency and duration of your activities.


Permitted Uses

We may use and disclose PD for our service operations, which include internal administration and planning and various activities that improve the quality and cost effectiveness of the services that we deliver to you. We may disclose PD to our management in order to resolve any complaints you may have and ensure that you receive the highest quality services.

We will not disclose PD to a family member, relative, friend, or any other person unless they are specifically identified by you on your authorization as appropriate to receive PD. If you object to such uses or disclosures, please notify the Office Manager.

We shall not use User information for any purpose other than in connection with the Platform. We shall not rent, sell or share User information and shall not disclose any of the User’s PD to third parties, unless it is pursuant to obtaining the User’s permission; it is in connection with the services being rendered through the Platform; it is to help investigate, prevent or take action regarding unlawful and illegal activities; suspected fraud, potential threat to the safety or security of any person, violations of the Company’s terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”), or as defence against legal claims; it is a case of special circumstances such as compliance with court orders, requests/order, notices from legal authorities or law enforcement agencies compel us to make such disclosure; it is in connection with matters relating to the usage of the Platform by User to help detect and prevent identity theft, fraud and other potentially illegal acts; correlated or multiple accounts to prevent abuse of services on the Platform; it is to facilitate joint or co-branded services that the User requests, where such services are provided by more than one corporate entity other than the Company; it is required to do so by law or regulation; to its legal counsel, law enforcement officers, governmental authorities who have asserted their lawful authority to obtain the information or where the Company has in good faith reasonable grounds to believe that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce its Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy; there is a merger with or transfer of business of the Company to another business entity, the Company shall transfer User’s Personal Information and such other information collected to the entity which acquires the business. In such cases, the Company shall require that the new business entity to follow this Privacy Policy with respect to the Personal Information; and it forms part of the information we share with advertisers on an aggregate basis.

The User shall, at any time while availing the services or otherwise, also have an option to withdraw its consent given earlier to the Company. Such withdrawal of the consent shall be sent in writing to the Company. In the case of User not providing or later on withdrawing his consent, the Company shall have the option not to provide goods or services for which the said information was sought.


Additional Privacy Policy Clauses

Third-Party Payment Processing

All payments on the Platform are processed through third-party payment gateway providers such as Razorpay or similar authorized providers.

The LLP does not collect, store, or process sensitive financial information such as debit/credit card details, UPI credentials, CVV numbers, net banking credentials, or banking passwords.

Such information is processed directly by the respective payment gateway provider in accordance with their own privacy policies, terms, and security standards. The LLP shall not be responsible for any failure, delay, unauthorized transaction, breach, or issue arising from such third-party payment services.

Communication Consent

By registering on or using the Platform and voluntarily providing contact details, the User expressly opts in to receive communications from MEDIKIZ HEALTH CARE LLP through SMS, email, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and in-app notifications.

Such communications may include service updates, health reminders, program notifications, payment confirmations, account-related information, and promotional or marketing communications.

The User acknowledges that essential service-related and transactional communications may continue to be sent for operational, legal, security, or account management purposes.

Analytics and Tracking

The LLP may use third-party analytics, tracking, and reporting tools to collect non-personal information relating to Platform usage, including user interaction patterns, device information, session activity, feature engagement, crash reports, and performance metrics for the purpose of improving services, functionality, and user experience.

Data Storage and Transfer

User information and Personal Data may be stored, processed, and transferred on servers located within India or outside India, subject to applicable laws and reasonable security safeguards.

By using the Platform, the User expressly consents to such storage, processing, and transfer of information.

Data Retention

The LLP retains Personal Data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including service delivery, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, and operational requirements.

Upon completion of such retention period, the information shall be securely deleted, anonymized, or disposed of in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies.

Security Practices

The LLP adopts reasonable industry-standard security practices and procedures including encryption, secure servers, restricted access controls, monitoring systems, and periodic security assessments to protect User information against unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, while the LLP strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect Personal Data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Account Deletion and Data Erasure

Registered Users may request deletion of their account and associated Personal Data at any time by:

  • Initiating the deletion request through the Platform (where such functionality is available), or
  • Contacting the LLP through the designated support email address

The LLP may require identity verification prior to processing such requests.

Upon successful verification, the LLP shall process the deletion or anonymization request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal, regulatory, operational, or dispute-resolution requirements. Certain information may be retained where required under applicable laws, fraud prevention obligations, security purposes, or enforcement of legal rights.

Once the account deletion request is processed, the User may permanently lose access to the Platform, associated records, services, and related information.

Children’s Privacy

The Platform is intended only for individuals above the age of 18 years. MEDIKIZ HEALTH CARE LLP does not knowingly collect, solicit, or process Personal Data from minors.

If the LLP becomes aware that information relating to a minor has been collected without appropriate authorization, such information shall be deleted within a reasonable period.
